Delivery & Returns
In an effort to save on our carbon emissions we only ship on certain days. This means that your order may not ship for 2 to 3 days. But we do aim to ship your order as soon as possible. If you require your parcel to be shipped for a certain day please get in touch before placing your order to check our next shipping date.
We will enter the parcel tracking number which you should receive via email once dispatched. This can be entered on the courier website and can show if delivery has been attempted. If there is no number entered for your Royal Mail parcel this is because the package is letterbox sized and tracking is not possible on this type of parcel.
We always obtain proof of postage for all items and retain this for a minimum of 3 months.
UK Standard Delivery £3.50 (2nd Class)
Nobody likes to pay for delivery, we do everything we can to avoid it. So rest assured that our standard UK rate is as low as we could possibly make it. As standard, your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, who aim to deliver within 2-3 business days.
Royal Mail 1st Class
You can chose to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class at the checkout, up to 4kg. Only 2nd Class postage is available for all orders over this weight. This is priced at £5.95 and they aim to deliver within 1 -2 business days.
Since Brexit, we are currently unable to ship to the EU outside of UK territory (if you're in Jersey etc. don't worry, we've got you covered!)
Orders up to 3kg (6.6lb) will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked starting at £27.50 and should arrive in 4-5 business days. If your order is more than this weight then please get in touch so that we can arrange a bespoke shipping solution.
Customs And Duties
Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Unfortunately Lumos Apothecary Ltd has no control over these charges.
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we can accept returns, replace or exchange items as long as you let us know by 4pm the day after you receive your delivery. For damaged items please retain all original packaging and take photographs so we can raise the issue with our courier.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days please let us know and we'll do what we can to locate your package and make things right. To this day we have never had a parcel fully go missing so don't worry, but occasionally, particularly during peak times, couriers experience some delays.
Our obligation is to issue replacements for non-deliveries and/or damaged items. All refunds are at the discretion of Lumos Apothecary Ltd.
