Please be aware that Royal Mail are experiencing delays to their 2nd Class service due to unprecedented demand. We ship orders same or next day at the latest so please be patient if you have selected the 2nd Class shipping option.

FREE UK Delivery Over £30

FREE standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) will be applied to all orders over £30. Please be aware that your basket contents must amount to £30 in value after a discount code has been applied to qualify for FREE UK delivery.

As a minimum your order will be despatched the next working day, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Please note FREE UK Delivery does not apply to wholesale orders.

UK Standard Delivery £2.95 (2nd Class)

Nobody likes to pay for delivery, we do everything we can to avoid it. So rest assured that our standard UK rate is as low as we could possibly make it. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, who aim to deliver within 2-3 business days.

Royal Mail 1st Class

You can chose Royal Mail 1st Class up to 4kg. Only 2nd Class postage is available for all orders over this weight. This is priced at £5.95.


Orders up to 2kg (4.4lb) will be shipped via Royal Mail Standard International at a cost of £14 and should arrive in 3-4 business days. If your order is more than this weight then please get in touch so that we can arrange a bespoke shipping solution.


Orders up to 3kg (6.6lb) will be shipped via UPS Door to Door at a cost of £25 and should arrive in 4-5 business days. If your order is more than this weight then please get in touch so that we can arrange a bespoke shipping solution.

Customs And Duties

Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Unfortunately Lumos Apothecary Ltd has no control over these charges. 


If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we can accept returns, replace or exchange items as long as you let us know by 4pm the day after you receive your delivery. For damaged items please retain all original packaging so we can raise the issue with our courier.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days please let us know and we'll do what we can to locate your package and make things right.

Our obligation is to issue replacements for non-deliveries and/or damaged items. All refunds are at the discretion of Lumos Apothecary Ltd.
